Salary: $16.00 to $22.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 60 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time – Remote work available
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning, 06:00 to 14:00
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and greet people, directing them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinating the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to select and purchase merchandise for resale
- The candidates should be able to prepare funding and grant applications and proposals
