Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have an Engineering Degree or a combination of relevant technical education and industry-related experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within a fast-paced industrial environment

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to play a pivotal role in shaping our future by reporting directly to the Site Leader and being responsible for establishing site-level policies and implementing a long-term maintenance strategy that aligns with corporate and site objectives
• The candidates should be able to drive continuous improvement and modern manufacturing practices, identifying areas for enhancement in staffing, training, and processes
• The candidates should be able to develop and execute a 3-year Maintenance plan that integrates strategy and budget elements, utilizing KPIs, annual and long-term departmental plans, and resource projections
• The candidates should be able to manage the work identification and optimization process, ensuring clear communication and corrective action plans
• The candidates should be able to prioritize maintenance work, monitor department performance, and oversee work request and work order generation
• The candidates should be able to collaborate closely with Production, actively participating in daily meetings, and ensuring seamless communication
• The candidates should be able to champion maintenance work planning and scheduling processes, optimize staffing levels, and maintain role clarity
• The candidates should be able to lead regular meetings with Maintenance, MRO, and Operations to review downtime and plan maintenance activities
• The candidates should be able to actively promote knowledge collection on equipment health, performance, and best practices within the Maintenance department and beyond
