Salary: $28.40 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Term or contract Full time
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Shifts: Day, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Own tools/equipment: Tools and Safety equipment/gear
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and are physically capable of managing demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate dependability and be flexible in adapting to various situations
- The candidates should be organized
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances and conduct safety and security checks
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed
- The candidates should ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed
- The candidates should be able to perform minor property maintenance and service and repair sprinkler systems
- The candidates should be able to repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems
