Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to repetitive tasks and physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to handle a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload and be adept at meeting tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
- The candidates should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidates should be able to wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances
- The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
