Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High School
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should have the ability to lead the team in meetings and projects and take ownership of facility locations

Other Requirements:

The candidates should show leadership and experience in project management and stretch assignments
The candidates should provide peer-to-peer tech support and demonstrate effective communication

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 50% proficiency in Tech II duties and responsibilities and perform all duties and responsibilities of a Tech 1
The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment, including minor repairs of HVAC and refrigeration systems
The candidates should be able to handle minor repairs of hot beverage equipment, such as coffee and cappuccino machines
The candidates should be able to repair cold beverage equipment, such as tea machines, fountain dispensers, FBD, FCB, and creamer machines
The candidates should be able to maintain fountain or backroom ice makers and replace ‘plug and play’ equipment
The candidates should be able to repair hot food equipment, including fryers, griddles, tortilla presses, ovens, roller grills, and warmers
The candidates should be able to address issues with fuel dispensers, including printers, displays, card readers, and hanging hardware
The candidates should be able to respond to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
