Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of High School
Experience: Candidates should have 1+ years experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should take ownership of facility locations
- The candidates should have the ability to lead the team in various capacities, including meetings and projects
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities
- The candidates should provide peer-to-peer technical support
- The candidates should possess effective communication skills
- The candidates should have experience in project management and handling stretch assignments
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform all duties and responsibilities of a Tech 1 and demonstrate at least 50% proficiency in Tech II duties and responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders for a wide variety of in-store equipment, including but not limited to minor repairs of HVAC, refrigeration, hot beverage equipment coffee, cappuccino, cold beverage equipment tea, fountain, FBD, FCB, creamer machine fountain, backroom ice makers, hot food equipment fryers, griddles, tortilla presses, ovens, roller grills, warmers and fuel dispensers printers, displays, card readers and hanging hardware
- The candidates should be able to respond to work orders related to plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
- The candidates should be able to replace ‘plug and play’ equipment
