Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have degree in Public or Business Administration, Accounting, Political Science, Economics or a similar discipline
Experience: Candidates should have demonstrated experience in researching, analyzing and synthesizing information
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in financial analysis or developing operating and capital budgets and have experience in developing and providing advice to senior management in both written and oral formats, preferably in a government setting
- The candidates should be able to generate commitment while inspiring others
- The candidates should be adept at building coalitions internally and externally to reach the organization’s goals, utilizing a variety of methods and adapting influence approaches, and effectively using knowledge of how the organization really works

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to play a key role in supporting accountable financial planning and management of government resources by providing analysis and recommendations to Management Board and Cabinet on the allocation, management, and control of government resources, and the development of corporate budgets
- The candidates should be able to provide analysis and advice on management board submissions for their assigned clients, supporting effective and efficient use of public resources and assets, and promoting responsible financial management
- The candidates should be able to possess innovative problem-solving skills, work efficiently towards critical deadlines, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have proven analytical skills to address complex issues and problems
- The candidates should be able to have sound judgment, strong research and writing skills, and exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, as the role involves working in a fast-paced and highly confidential environment
