Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Information Systems Management or Digital Technologies

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made
  • The candidates should be responsible for seeking any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Commerce, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • The candidates should have 5+ years of experience in the Transportation or Aerospace industry, with knowledge of IATA standards
  • The candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Vendor or Partner Management and experience managing teams
  • The candidates should have experience in Process and Change Management; Project Management experience, with PMP certification
  • The candidates should possess effective problem-solving and collaboration skills, with highly developed interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to lead continuous improvement efforts across all operational facets with a focus on automation, digitization, and digitalization
  • The candidates should be able to research and monitor technology advancements in the Air Cargo Industry to identify new business solutions
  • The candidates should be able to represent Cargo Ops at industry events related to technology, digitalization, or automation and analyze the internal environment and identify and decide on improvement opportunities
  • The candidates should be able to maintain a pipeline of innovative ideas that focus on being market leaders and communicate the long-term vision for Operation’s Digital Transformation
  • The candidates should be able to interpret operational and commercial needs, prepare supporting business cases, and present them to various levels of the organization, including the executive team and translate business requirements into technical requirements and work closely with IT throughout the development of applications
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with key stakeholders to prioritize and manage new digital initiatives in alignment with corporate objectives and follow a mix of scrum and waterfall methodologies to effectively manage several digital initiatives concurrently
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with operational and process engineering teams to review, assess, and provide guidance on innovative digital solutions that improve operational performance and service levels
  • The candidates should be able to build business relationships with key partners, both internally and externally, to implement innovative solutions that increase operational efficiencies, customer service, and regulatory compliance
  • The candidates should be able to represent the business during the development life cycle and ongoing enhancements of key operational systems CMS to ensure all necessary decisions are made and can make decisions or obtain sign-off
