Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Urban area
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, dependable, organized, and flexible
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, organize and maintain inventory, and monitor revenues, modifying procedures and prices as necessary to ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or facility use, set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customer complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
