Work setting: Advertising, marketing and public relations agency, Business, Internet/Web services company, Post-secondary educational institution and Business and/or industry
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Database management, MS Office, Tablet computer
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be attentive to detail and accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be focused on client needs and excellent in both oral and written communication

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies and answer written and oral inquiries
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials, and prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases
- The candidates should be able to perform administrative tasks, maintain and manage a digital database, and conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
- The candidates should be able to conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions, maintain a database of potential franchisees, real estate locations, and online buy/sell internet sites, and write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials
