Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a minimum Grade 12 diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience as a station attendant or aviation experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb, and lift up to 70 pounds repetitively) and work outside in all climatic conditions
- The candidates should be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or show proof of right to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to oversee and participate in safe and efficient ground operation activities including reservations, passenger service (check-in), cargo, and ramp activities
- The candidates should be able to conduct regular assessments of the operation, including maintenance of facilities and equipment
- The candidates should be able to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided at all times
- The candidates should be able to authorize the acceptance of Dangerous Goods and prepare station reports daily, weekly, and monthly
- The candidates should be able to maintain staff schedules, troubleshoot IROP activities and act as a direct point of contact
- The candidates should be able to ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Transport Canada, Navigation Canada, YG Aviation Branch, and Air North, Yukon’s Airline
- The candidates should be able to ensure all staff successfully complete and maintain all training and certifications
