Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting, cut carcasses, sides and quarters
• The candidates should be able to prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers, cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
• The candidates should be able to wrap and package prepared meats, remove bones from meat
• The candidates should be able to weigh meats for sale, cut poultry into parts
• The candidates should be able to price meat products, supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers
• The candidates should be able to grind meats, prepare special orders
• The candidates should be able to prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products, shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
