Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Mechanical
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and able to work efficiently under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- The candidates should be experienced in handling a large caseload and adept at managing a large workload

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work, and manage contracts
- The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review technical work, evaluate technical designs and engineering work, and oversee the analysis of data and information
- The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, consult and advise clients, and advise senior management
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, lead/instruct groups, and develop risk management plans
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews
