Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, Communication, general, Sustainability studies, and Meeting and event planning
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Area of specialization: Interactive/new media, Communications, and Digital media
Computer and technology knowledge: LinkedIn, MailChimp, and WordPress
Physical Requirements:

- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and excellent written communication

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes, and publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events
- The candidates should be able to develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs, as well as oversee the preparation of public written material
- The candidates should be able to prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content, and assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
- The candidates should be able to produce educational and publicity programs, informational materials, and deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia
- The candidates should be able to write speeches, presentations, press releases, and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials
- The candidates should be able to perform administrative tasks, act as a spokesperson for an organization, and co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- The candidates should be able to gather, research, and prepare communications material, and prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs and sessions
- The candidates should be able to develop marketing strategies and evaluate communication strategies and programs
