Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Windows

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments and complete insurance and other claim forms
- The candidates should be able to maintain a filing system and order supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review
- The candidates should be able to initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, and prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes
