Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be well organized and capable of record keeping, be detail oriented, be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- The candidate should have the ability to work flexible shifts, which may include nights and weekends
- The candidate should have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb ladders
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should demonstrate strong planning, judgement, and decision-making skill, maintain efficiency, organization, and neatness in their work
- The candidate should cope well with changing situations on the sales floor, demonstrate accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders, including cash responsibilities , basic computer and cash register skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize backroom product and follow Backroom Inventory Management (BIMI) processes
- The candidates should be able to use PDT and MMS Systems to perform daily tasks, manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- The candidates should be able to act as an expert in assigned areas of product inventory, product placement and expiry dates
- The candidates should be able to maintain Store Standard pertaining to image and trends in store, ensure product displays are consumer focused and “shoppable”
- The candidates should be able to receive merchandise in accordance with the receiving policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to maintain a neat and organized backroom according to principles of backroom organization
- The candidates should be able to ensure proper documentation is completed with respect to the receiving and return of goods
- The candidates should be able to support the Front Store Manager/Assistant Front Store Manager in maintaining the quality and standards
