Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should have attention to detail, staying attentive and aware to catch errors before completing assignments and maintaining high quality standards for work
• The candidates should be self-motivated and able to drive execution, demonstrating the ability to deliver results without close supervision despite a large workload, competing demands, and a fast-paced environment and ensure tasks are completed on time, without error, and meet quality standards
• The candidates should be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items and be comfortable working in a flexible schedule, typically starting early in the morning
• The candidates should be prepared to work in a warehouse environment that can be dusty and noisy, with frequently open doors causing drafts and temperature changes
• The candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work on teams, with a heavy reliance on teamwork to accomplish goals

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have basic computer skills with knowledge of web-based applications
• The candidates should follow safety policies and procedures, identifying and correcting safety hazards and a GED or or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to read and interpret directions to ensure merchandise is set to the planogram, project instructions, program service requirements, and service guidelines
• The candidates should be able to straighten, clean, and merchandise products to ensure visual appeal and presentation, maintain an up-to-date copy of the most recent planogram inside the upright beam adjacent to product sets
• The candidates should be able to build displays and fixtures using basic hand tools and maintain, order, and install display materials, signage, and brochures
• The candidates should be able to follow directions and processes for accurate price and label changes, and replace incorrect, damaged, or missing price labels and utilize store systems to access key merchandising reports, interpret them, and execute actions based on findings
• The candidates should be able to maintain bay service records and other documentation as directed and execute one-off projects as required by store, district, and regional leadership
• The candidates should be able to maintain aisle cleanliness to ensure merchandise is accessible and customers can easily move throughout the aisles
• The candidates should be able to partner with store leadership to markdown damaged or un-sellable merchandise and answer customer questions regarding store products
• The candidates should be able to partner with store associates to find necessary products to meet customer and partner with store representatives to conduct inspections of returned and damaged items for Return to Vendor
• The candidates should be able to follow standard operating and safety procedures, complete assigned training curriculum and perform other duties
