Work setting: Staff accommodation available, Maintenance, Dairy, Rural area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Equipment and machinery experience: Combine harvester, Forage equipment, Tractor
Automated systems experience: Manure handling and storage, Milking system (automated)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to do livestock combination farming, and other miscellaneous animal farming
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizen and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to do calving, cattle training, clipping
- The candidates should be able to farm animal grooming, shearing with knife
- The candidates should be able to monitoring animal health, weaning
- The candidates should be able to harvest crops, milk cows
- The candidates should be able to feed and tend animals
- The candidates should be able to clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens
- The candidates should be able to examine produce for quality and prepare for market
