Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization: Project management
Type of experience: Commercial and/or industrial construction, Institutional construction, and Residential construction
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to perform tasks while sitting for extended periods if required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to maintain a strong focus on client needs and satisfaction, and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
- The candidates should exhibit excellent written communication skills, and maintain an organized approach to their work tasks and communication channels
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare estimates of labor and/or material costs accurately, considering factors such as labor rates, material prices, and project specifications, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications proficiently, understanding project requirements and specifications
- The candidates should be able to monitor and adjust contract expenditures as needed, ensuring that projects stay within budgetary constraints, and read blueprints and drawings effectively, identifying key features and dimensions relevant to the project at hand
