Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in noisy environments and be comfortable with dusty condition
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and prepared for physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and work effectively under pressure
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions, as well as repair or replace defective machinery parts
- The candidates should be able to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, and perform routine maintenance work on machinery
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications, as well as operate machining tools to fabricate parts
- The candidates should be able to assemble machinery and equipment (prior to installation), install machinery and equipment, and operate hoisting and lifting equipment
