Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have automotive-related experience

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work unsupervised and in all weather conditions

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate an exceptional commitment to customer service
  • The candidates should be able to provide a clear criminal background check and a clean driver’s abstract
  • The candidates should possess a strong mechanical aptitude, which is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to sell and install tires as the primary role and handle fuel delivery if the workload
  • The candidates should be able to safeguard, properly account for, turn in receipts, and reconcile the tire inventory before and after every shift
  • The candidates should be able to perform battery testing, replacement, and boosts if the workload
  • The candidates should be able to inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment and perform maintenance on CAA Atlantic vehicles
  • The candidates should be able to report any mechanical problems encountered with equipment, tools, and vehicles
  • The candidates should be able to verify that appropriate tools and documentation are in the vehicle prior to shifts and properly maintain all equipment
  • The candidates should be able to report delays in reaching the service destination and in performing service
  • The candidates should be able to safely operate computer-related equipment, including but not limited to wireless data terminals, credit card terminals, battery diagnostic equipment, and communication devices in a safe and professional manner, adhering to all safety protocols
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and account for company-provided equipment, vehicles, inventory, and tools
