Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review damage reports, estimate repair costs, and plan work to be performed
  • The candidates should be able to clean and maintain the workspace, ensuring a tidy and organized environment
  • The candidates should be able to replace front-end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components
  • The candidates should be able to file, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, achieving smooth and flawless results
  • The candidates should be able to mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting with precision and attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, restoring the vehicle’s original shape
  • The candidates should be able to remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, then bolt or weld replacement parts into place
  • The candidates should be able to apply primers, repaint surfaces, and ensure a high-quality and durable finish
  • The candidates should be able to repair or replace interior components, enhancing the overall aesthetic and functionality of the vehicle
  • The candidates should be able to repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs, addressing safety and visual concerns
  • The candidates should be able to inspect repaired vehicles, test drive them for proper handling, and ensure the effectiveness of the repairs
  • The candidates should be able to mix paint, blend, and match colors accurately for seamless paintwork
  • The candidates should be able to operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams effectively
  • The candidates should be able to straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment, ensuring structural integrity
