Position: Nail salon supervisor

Salary: $20.77 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Edmonton, AB

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction and possess efficient interpersonal skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their approach to work and exhibit initiative in their tasks
  • The candidates should exercise good judgment in decision-making and be organized individuals
  • The candidates should be reliable individuals and team players

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work and establish work schedules and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to handle emergency situations and monitor quality and production levels
  • The candidates should be able to oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems, supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
