Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 yearsÂ
Credentials: First Aid Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads, perform physically demanding tasks, and handle weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- The candidates should be proficient in weight handling, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and attentive to detail
- The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, willing to work overtime as required, and able to work in a physically demanding environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client-focused, efficient in interpersonal skills, and excellent in both oral and written communication
- The candidates should be flexible, proactive, and show initiative, while also being capable of sound judgment
- The candidates should be organized, reliable, and a team player, with skills in time management
- The candidates should be patient and honest
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to change diapers, bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, and follow parents’ lead with toilet training
- The candidates should be able to sterilize bottles, prepare formulas, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
- The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and shop for food and household supplies
- The candidates should be able to travel with the family on trips, assist with child supervision, and perform housekeeping duties
- The candidates should be able to wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens, and cook
- The candidates should be able to discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
- The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
- The candidates should be able to organize activities such as games and outings for children, and prepare infants and children for rest periods
- The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, and take children to and from school and appointments
- The candidates should be able to tend to the emotional well-being of children
