Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
The candidates should be able to bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, discipline them according to parents’ methods, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
The candidates should be able to maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, organize activities such as games and outings for children, and prepare and serve nutritious meals
The candidates should be able to supervise and care for children, take them to and from school and appointments, and tend to their emotional well-being
The candidates should be able to help children with homework and ensure their overall development and well-being

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
