Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Criminal Record Check, Driving Record Check (Abstract), Medical Exam And Reference Required

• The candidate should focus on the client, be flexible, and be organized
• The candidate should be reliable and honest

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to change diapers, sterilize bottles and prepare formulas, and assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents
• The candidates should be able to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, and instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
• The candidates should be able to keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, and organize activities such as games and outings for children
• The candidates should be able to prepare and serve nutritious meals, supervise and care for children, and take children to and from school and to appointments
• The candidates should be able to tend to the emotional well-being of children and help children with homework

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
