Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to maintain client focus, show efficient interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively with excellent oral skills
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility, stay organized, and demonstrate reliability and dependability
- The candidates should be able to work effectively as a team player, take initiative, and make sound judgment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.), hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- The candidates should be able to order merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- The candidates should be able to resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
