Salary:Â $35.00 to $42.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Construction specialization: Driveways, Hydroelectric dams, Industrial, commercial and institutional, Pipelines, Residential, Roads and bridges, Sidewalks and curbs, Underground and tunnel work, Water mains
Equipment and machinery experience: Concrete vibrators, Concrete saws, Mortar and concrete mixers, Pumpcretes, Air compressors, Air guns, Compactor, Sandblasters
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Concrete pump operator Licence, First Aid Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to work outdoors and be prepared to work underground
- The candidates should be comfortable in noisy environments and be capable of handling heavy loads, up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks and be capable of handling heavy loads
- The candidates should be physically fit for physically demanding work, have good manual dexterity, and be willing to work overtime when required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should be reliable and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread materials and assist heavy equipment operators
- The candidates should be able to assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- The candidates should be able to tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
