Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and manage physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and bend, crouch, and kneel
- The candidates should be able to handle a large workload and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking and walk as part of their duties
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform weeding and apply the technique of hoeing between the row
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
