Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP Or Other Non-University Certificate Or Diploma From A Program Of 1 Year To 2 Years, Or Equivalent Experience, Business/Commerce, General, And Logistics, Materials, And Supply Chain Management
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be focused on clients, have efficient interpersonal skills, and be excellent in oral communication
- The candidates should be organized, a team player, and able to take initiative
- The candidates should be analytical
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to compile orders and instructions received from customers, oversee operational logistics of the organization, and track and complete work orders
- The candidates should be able to monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, prepare and submit reports, and prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, follow-up on issues with work orders, and keep track of shipments
- The candidates should be able to have knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
