Salary: $26.50 to $27.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit adaptability in their work and demonstrate efficiency in their tasks
- The candidates should be dependable in fulfilling job responsibilities and be organized in their work
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting work commitments and punctual in their work attendance
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
- The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information
