Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer and Willing to relocate

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit flexibility, exercise good judgment, and be organized
  • The candidates should be a team player, accurate, demonstrate client focus, and exhibit reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to type, proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
