Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Reports and records
Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Information technology, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive, LinkedIn, and Xero

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and be prepared for repetitive tasks, able to work with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask, excellent oral communication skills, demonstrate flexibility, be organized, and be a team player
  • The candidates should be accurate, exhibit reliability, demonstrate accountability, and show dependability

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, order office supplies and maintain inventory, oversee payroll administration, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
