Salary: $29.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, Willing to relocate

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be prepared for repetitive tasks

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, be a team player, and exhibit reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, respond to employee questions and complaints, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and provide customer service
