Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be prepared for repetitive tasks
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, be a team player, and exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, respond to employee questions and complaints, and organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and provide customer service
