Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, plan and control budget and expenditures, and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs
