Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of work experience: Occupational health and safety

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, compile data, statistics and other information
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, supervise office and volunteer staff
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, recruit and hire staff, provide customer service, oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • The candidates should be able to recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to oversee development of communication strategies, manage contracts, manage training and development strategies, conduct performance reviews, perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage digital database, establish and implement policies and procedures, consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
