Salary: $21.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 25 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the Bilingual Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, Financial statements, Invoices, Accounting, Payroll services, Construction, and Business services
Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software, Accounting software, MS Office, Simply Accounting, Electronic mail, and Social Media

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be prepared for repetitive tasks

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries, and provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, perform data entry, and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, arrange travel and related itineraries, make reservations, open and distribute incoming mail, and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee payroll administration, and advise senior management
  • The candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision
