Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare accurate minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring comprehensive documentation of discussions and decisions, and determine and establish effective office procedures and routines, optimizing workflow and productivity
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, managing calendars and coordinating schedules effectively, and answer telephone calls promptly and relay messages accurately, maintaining clear communication channels within the organization
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies as needed and maintain inventory records, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations, and arrange travel, including related itineraries and reservations, to facilitate smooth travel logistics for staff members
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinating the flow of information within the organization, and set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and data
