Salary: $28.00 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week

Location: 7050 A Bramalea Road, Unit #17 Mississauga, ON L5S 1S9
Shifts: Day, Shift, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and Public transportation is available
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Social Media, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Google Drive
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess the ability to work independently, demonstrating autonomy and self-motivation in completing tasks, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently despite time constraints
- The candidates should be capable of working effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and productivity to meet deadlines and deliver results, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in their work even in challenging situations

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, and train staff
- The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate
- The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures
