Salary: $28.00 hourly for 32 to 40 hours per week

Location: 7050 A Bramalea Road, Unit #17 Mississauga, ON L5S 1S9
Shifts: Day, Shift, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation and Public transportation is available
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: Social Media, Spreadsheet, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Google Drive

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, and train staff
  • The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate
  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures
