Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment and administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- The candidates should be able to coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- The candidates should be able to assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
