Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and project management software

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • The candidates should have attention to detail and be able to handle a large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be flexible
  • The candidates should be organized and reliable

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out the administrative activities of the establishment, assist in the preparation of the operating budget, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
