Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities, administer policies and procedures related to records release under access to information and privacy legislation, and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- The candidates should be able to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
