Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies related to the release of records, and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence while overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures
