Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
  • The candidate should be reliable
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and also an excellent oral and also written communication


  • The candidate should be able to delegate work to office support staff, establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met and also carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • The candidate should be able to review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures and also administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • The candidate should be able to co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services and also oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • The candidate should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls and also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
