Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, QuickBooks, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently and be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and be able to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, send and receive messages, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, perform data entry, compile data, statistics, and other information, and organize and schedule office work
- The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- The candidates should be able to prepare invoices and bank deposits, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, file material in the storage area, label, file, and retrieve documents, and locate and remove files requested
- The candidates should be able to prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, and store, update, and retrieve financial data
