Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Correspondence
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be energetic, hardworking, and maintain a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries, process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and format page presentations, provide general information to clients and the public
  • The candidates should be able to photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to file material in the storage area, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, and retrieve documents
  • The candidates should be able to locate and remove files requested and organize and schedule office work
