Salary: $28.90 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Calgary, AB
Work setting: Construction industry and real estate company

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word and MS Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases
  • The candidates should be able to sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, send and receive messages, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and format page presentations, compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare invoices and bank deposits
  • The candidates should be able to provide general information to clients and the public, photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, file material in storage areas, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, and locate and remove files requested
  • The candidates should be able to organize and schedule office work, prepare and monitor contracts and budgets, store, update, and retrieve financial data, and conduct research
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry and provide customer service
