Salary: $16.00 to $20.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 14 to 23 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Middleton, NS
Shifts: Day, Morning
Work setting: Private sector, Rural area, and Health care institution, facility, or clinic

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software, MS Office, and Database software

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in their tasks.

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills and be organized
  • The candidates should exhibit reliability and have the ability to multitask

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people warmly, direct them to contacts or service areas courteously, and provide basic information accurately
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and process information required to provide customer service efficiently and schedule and confirm appointments promptly
  • The candidates should be able to send invoices accurately, receive and issue payments diligently, and perform clerical duties systematically
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages efficiently, and provide customer service courteously and effectively
