Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Credentials: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate and Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should possess manual dexterity and be capable of managing physically demanding work, while also being comfortable sitting and standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should ensure accuracy in their work, maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be flexible in their approach to work, and show initiative in their tasks
- The candidates should exercise good judgment, be highly organized, and reliable in fulfilling their responsibilities
- The candidates should be effective team players and exhibit strong time management skills
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address and document symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions, assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, and collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
- The candidates should be able to dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, engage in research activities related to nursing, and operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
- The candidates should be able to provide consultative services regarding issues relevant to the nursing profession and nursing practice, provide nursing care, and offer supportive counseling and life skills programming
- The candidates should be able to supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, as well as perform administrative tasks
