Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- The candidates should demonstrate a positive work ethic and attitude, with attention to detail
- The candidates should have the ability to lift 25 kg
- The candidates should demonstrate willingness and ability to learn
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess strong team and interpersonal skills
- The candidates should possess strong oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should have basic computer knowledge
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work with machines, equipment, and computer systems to produce animal feed
- The candidates should be able to complete required paperwork for assigned tasks
- The candidates should be able to follow manufacturing practices and safety policies
- The candidates should be able to follow housekeeping standards
- The candidates should be able to operate plant equipment to achieve daily production targets
- The candidates should be able to perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on machines
- The candidates should be able to communicate any changes in product flow, equipment malfunctions, shortages, or deviations from specifications to Team Lead or Maintenance
- The candidates should be able to collect raw material and final product samples and perform tests to ensure raw material and final product meet specifications
- The candidates should be able to measure and weigh ingredients
- The candidates should be able to follow quality standards and ensure proper documentation for feed safety
